What is the ACI?
Derived from axiological principles—the science of how we assign value—the Acumen Capacity Index quantifies judgment along two major dimensions:
-
World View (external factors): How one judges other people, practical tasks, and larger systems.
-
Self View (internal factors): How one evaluates personal abilities, roles, and future potential.
Within these dimensions, the ACI measures clarity and “blind spots.” Higher clarity indicates more objective judgment and discernment, while lower clarity suggests potential distortions that can derail performance.
