ABOUT
What is TriMetrix?
TriMetrix® reports synthesize three-to-four validated, EEOC- and OFCCP-compliant assessment sciences into a single, bias-free report that helps organizations discover superior talent, engage people more effectively, and advance individual and team performance
Within one assessment, TriMetrix® measures multiple reports:
-
DISC (behaviors): How individuals naturally approach tasks, interact with others, adapt to change, and comply with rules—providing a snapshot of their “on-stage” performance style
-
The 12 Driving Forces™ (motivators): The top four motivational factors that explain why people do what they do—illuminating what energizes them, what they value, and how they derive meaning from their work
-
Acumen Capacity Index (judgment): How clearly individuals perceive and interpret external realities (world view) and their own strengths and potential (self view)—revealing areas of clarity and blind spots that impact decision-making
-
DNA 25 (competencies): A hierarchy of 25 research-based skills—from problem solving and communication to leadership and adaptability—ranked by their importance to superior job performance and individual capability
-
EQ (emotions): Measures five interrelated competencies—self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, social awareness, and social regulation—to quantify your capacity to manage your own emotions and effectively perceive and influence others’, driving stronger collaboration, resilience, and leadership impact
Each dimension is scored and visualized to pinpoint strengths (“clear glass”) and development opportunities (“red glass”), enabling targeted coaching, talent placement, and succession planning that align people with the right roles and pathways to success.
