ABOUT
What is the DNA® 25?
DNA® 25 outlines twenty-five competencies, each representing a soft skill vital to the professional environment. These range from Conflict Management and Customer Focus to Problem Solving and Goal Orientation. Rather than focusing on motivations (like The 12 Driving Forces) or behaviors (like DISC), DNA® 25 zeroes in on what skills an individual has demonstrated.
Key examples of competencies assessed:
-
Resiliency: Quickly bouncing back from adversity or setbacks,
-
Negotiation: Listening to various viewpoints and facilitating agreements,
-
Personal Accountability: Accepting responsibility for actions and outcomes,
-
Conceptual Thinking: Connecting abstract concepts and identifying hidden patterns,
-
Leadership: Organizing and influencing people to fulfill a shared vision.
Individuals receive a ranking or indicator level for each competency (e.g., “well developed,” “developed,” “moderately developed,” or “needs development”). These insights offer insight into where your employees or potential hires excel and where they require growth.
